The location of the hotel was great - a 10-15 minute walk from a nonprofit museum. There was a great restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the property. The breakfast had variety of options, including cereal and fresh fruit.

Well, the area was very basic overall.

We were offered savoury breakfasts with pastries, yogurt and also the coffee. The location was MAGNIFICENT, within walking distance of Sea Center.

All the rooms are modern with a king bed and sitting area and the staff is superfriendly.

The hotel was in an excellent location near beach, marina and restaurants as well as shuttle bus to shopping area and nice restaurants and historic State Street. Went to Bluewater Grill for drink or two, set not very far from the venue. Because of a problem with the superior quadruple room I was upgraded and had modern and airy room with refrigerator and microwave.

It's a pet-friendly hotel with extremely pleasant and beautifully maintained rooms.

Boutique hotel in a historic area not far from way—lush gardens line the walkways as well as restaurants and downtown area. Knowledgeable and absolutely friendly staff, free wake up service and ironing. Modern, neat rooms provided with ceiling fan, TV, comfortable beds. A wide range of coffee and fresh fruit at breakfast.

The room we had included TV, a writing desk, and iron and ironing board. The location was fantastic and the staff was excellent during the whole stay! Everything was perfect and within 29 minutes' drive of Santa Barbara airport.

Spacious property with old California tiled fireplaces. Wonderful staff, conveniently located near SBCC. Good coffee, lovely fire pit and patio. Decent outside facilities. A well-run boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently close to the beach, harbor, and wharf. Included breakfast and wine and cheese happy hour. Great restaurants nearby. A recommended stay for friends and family.

Beautiful hotel

We arrived at around 5:30pm, just on time to enjoy a glass of wine and cheese and crackers. The host was extremely helpful and gave us some great tips on where to go and stay. The complex is very colorful and has a Spanish feel. The room was located towards the side street which might be more quiet versus the rooms facing the hot-tub (which we did not use). The hotel is literally a block from the beach, harbor and boulevard. There are plenty of restaurants on the boulevard to choose from however the evening scene is really happening on state street, which is walkable (if you do not mind walking for a half hour). Over all fabulous room, the chairs very comfortable, bed perfect and shower clean. My husband and I would for sure recommend this to friends and family. For the price you can not beat it.

The location is excellent and incredibly comfortable, 1 mile from Stearns Wharf Harbor.

The breakfast had plenty of coffee and fresh fruit. The rooms were neat, modern, and had a fridge, an iron with ironing board and a work desk. Stunning location of the hotel to many great restaurants.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were weary.
